This morning I heard about the nightly snow at the Victoria Gardens and I thought "Sounds fun" Later it was 6pm and everyone was awake and fed and Ryan wasn't due home for another 2 hours so I thought I'd be a brave girl and take the boys to see the snow before the crazy shopping season began. It was so fun! Even before it started snowing Nate was having a blast just running around the giant Christmas Tree - which is sucky when you're trying to keep an eye on him (why does that tree have to be so wide at the bottom?)
Then the cliche "I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas" came over the speakers and the snow machines turned on. Awesome. It snowed for about 10 minutes and the best spot we found for snow coverage was the south-east corner of the grass - but 10 minutes really gives you alot of time to find good spots.
Our little baby is now 6 months old! He is so cute I can't stand it sometimes. His eyes are still blue so here's hopin they stay :)
We had our Dr. visit Tuesday. Zach weighed 17 lbs 12.8 oz and was 27 3/4 inches long.
Can you believe with all this chubbyness they want him to gain more weight? He's still in the 70% but since his height is 90% they said he could be a pound heavier right now. At 6 months Nate weighed 21 lbs. 4 oz.

On Friday we went with the Vandes to check out the new Dippin Dots Store over south of the Gardens. It was awesome! They had about 30 different flavors of Dots and yes, they let you sample! If was cool for the kids too cuz ice cream can be hard for an un-coordinated little hand and this was easy to eat, plus all the kids shared and were happy after eating a small amount.
I got a Rootbeer Float made with Rootbeer Float Dots (not a good picture but a very tasty drink) Ryan and Nate shared the Irish Coffee combo which was Java, Mint Chocolate and Vanilla Dots. Hay-Hay and Huntman shared Cotton Candy Dots. Jim got some weird carmel brownie which was good except for the brownie bits in it, and I forget what Stef got. What did you get Stef?
